Forte Valves Utilities Ltd (company number SC679390) is an independent energy and utility broker. We are not a supplier of electricity, gas, water or waste services ourselves. Using this website, our quote tool, or our chat assistant means you accept these terms.
We compare tariffs across our supplier panel and, where you ask us to, arrange the switch or renegotiation on your behalf. We also help resolve billing disputes, arrears, change-of-tenancy contract issues, and reconnections, by dealing directly with the relevant supplier.
We don't charge you a fee to compare tariffs, get a quote, or raise a dispute. Where a switch goes ahead, we may receive a commission from the supplier you move to. This never affects the price you pay, and it doesn't change which tariff we recommend, our comparisons are ranked on price and fit for you.
Figures shown in the quote tool are estimates based on the consumption details you provide and current tariff data from our supplier panel. They are not a binding offer. Final pricing, contract length, and terms are confirmed directly with the supplier when a contract is signed.
You're responsible for giving us accurate information about your usage, postcode, and current contract when requesting a quote or raising a query, since incorrect details can affect the accuracy of any comparison or the speed of resolving a dispute. We take reasonable care in the comparisons and advice we provide, but we don't guarantee a specific saving or outcome, since final rates and decisions (such as accepting arrears waivers or reconnection timing) sit with the supplier. We're not liable for losses arising from inaccurate information you provide to us, or from a supplier's own actions once a contract is in place.
The content, design and branding of this site belong to Forte Valves Utilities Ltd, except supplier logos and trademarks, which remain the property of their respective owners and are used here to identify the suppliers on our panel.

These terms are governed by Scots law, and any dispute will be handled by the Scottish courts.
